I am the only Realtor that offers you an incredible 30 Day $1,000 Guarantee! This guarantee is good for both home buyers and home sellers. In a nutshell, I guarantee that I will do my job in 30 days or you get $1,000.
For this guarantee to be valid, you agree to allow me to represent and help you with the sale or purchase of your home. If it takes me longer than 30 days to get your home sold or get your offer accepted on a home purchase, then I'll give you $1,000 once the deal closes. I will pay you $1,000 out of my commission once I get paid. We must close on a deal together in order for me to give you $1,000.
Why do I have this guarantee? I have two reasons. One, I believe that a good company or service provider should offer some kind of guarantee for their customers - to show them that their product or service is worth buying and better than anyone else's. If you believe in your product or service, then prove it with a guarantee!

You either get your home sold or purchased in 30 days, or you still get your home sold or purchased eventually plus you pocket a cool $1,000.
