Having the right Realtor working for you is the key to achieving a problem-free real estate transaction. I know there are a lot of Realtors for you to choose from. You may even have a friend or a family member that happens to be a Realtor. Be careful! Don't settle for just anyone. You deserve the MOST QUALIFIED person to help you! Compare my resume with others. Find out how many homes were sold by the Realtor, ranking status, years experience, education, etc. Do your research. Buying or selling a home is a major transaction. You need someone with a proven track record.
