Why Is A Good Realtor Important?
When shopping for a Realtor, keep in mind that having a qualified Realtor working for you is the key to achieving a succesful real estate transaction. I know there are a lot of Realtors out there. You might even have a friend or a family member that has a real estate license. But just because someone has a real estate license, it doesn't make them a "qualified" Realtor. Buying or selling a home is a major transaction. You need someone with a proven track record. Don't settle for just anyone. Ask to see a professional resume. Find out how many homes the person has sold. Do your research. Google the person's name. Compare.
Every year, I get between 5-10 clients who come to me because they had a bad experience working with another Realtor. Don't take your chances. Do it right the first time by choosing the right person to help you!
Here are some quick facts about me and my company. I've been a full-time Realtor since 2003. I'm currently the top ranking Realtor out of 300+ Realtors in my company. I'm also ranked in the top 3% of all Realtors nationwide. The average Realtor in the U.S. sells about 5 homes per year. That doesn't seem like a lot, does it? The truth is, many Realtors in the US only sell real estate on a part-time basis. Many don't take the profession seriously or refuse to learn how to be good at it. I personally sell between 30-40 homes per year. The reason why I sell more homes than the average Realtor is because I truly take care of my clients. I go above and beyond. I work all hours of the day, showing homes to clients at their convenience, even answering emails and phone calls till midnight. I come up with creative and out-of-the-box strategies to get the job done. I always get the job done. No excuses. Isn't that what you want from a Realtor? I do whatever it takes to make my clients happy and they in turn send me referrals and come back to me with future business. And that's why I sell more homes than the average Realtor. I don't say this to brag, but to give you the facts so that you can make an informed decision as to which Realtor you'd like to work with.
